70MM M2000 WIDE SLOT TAKE-UP NON-EXPANSION WITH LABYRINTH SEALS
The 70 mm M2000 Wide Slot Take-up Non-Expansion Bearing with Labyrinth Seals is Moline Bearing Company part 19251070L: a mounted spherical roller bearing in the non-expansion position. It is fitted with a balanced steel and Teflon labyrinth seal and a single collar, set screw locking insert, in a solid Class 30 cast iron housing with a standard painted finish.
It carries a genuine SKF or Timken spherical roller insert, which gives it high load capacity and the most misalignment tolerance of Moline's lines. M2000 housings are made in the USA, and the units are assembled here.
It ships assembled, adjusted, sealed and pre-lubricated with lithium complex grease, so it mounts straight from the box with no adjustment or cleaning.
Ratings
The dynamic load rating is 35,500 lbf and the static load rating is 46,800 lbf. Maximum speed is 2,800 rpm with the balanced steel and Teflon labyrinth seal fitted, and the seal is rated for 0° to 350°F. The insert accepts up to 1.5° of angular misalignment. Set screws torque to 620 in-lbs, and the locking system holds 4,200 lbf of radial load before the insert slips on the shaft. The grease fitting is 1/8-27 NPT.

This configuration
- Non-Expansion. This position holds the shaft axially. Use one non-expansion bearing per shaft to locate it lengthwise. The matching expansion unit for this shaft size is 19151070L.
- Balanced Steel and Teflon Labyrinth Seal. A labyrinth seal combining steel with a Teflon element, adding chemical resistance and a wider temperature range to a non-contact design.
- Single Collar. One locking collar secures the insert to the shaft. Standard for unidirectional rotation and steady loads.
- Set Screw Locking. Set screws in the collar bite into the shaft. Simple and widely used; best where rotation is in one direction.
