1-1/4 M2000 4-BOLT FLANGE NON-EXPANSION – NICKEL PLATED

The 1 1⁄4" M2000 4-Bolt Flange Non-Expansion Bearing with Nickel Plating is Moline Bearing Company part 19211104N: a mounted spherical roller bearing in the non-expansion position. It is fitted with a standard triple lip contact seal and a single collar, set screw locking insert, in a solid Class 30 cast iron housing with a nickel plated finish.

It carries a genuine SKF or Timken spherical roller insert, which gives it high load capacity and the most misalignment tolerance of Moline's lines. M2000 housings are made in the USA, and the units are assembled here.

It ships assembled, adjusted, sealed and pre-lubricated with lithium complex grease, so it mounts straight from the box with no adjustment or cleaning.

Ratings

The dynamic load rating is 18,614 lbf and the static load rating is 20,570 lbf. Maximum speed is 2,800 rpm with the standard triple lip contact seal fitted, and the seal is rated for 0° to 250°F. The insert accepts up to 1.5° of angular misalignment. Set screws torque to 165 in-lbs, and the locking system holds 2,000 lbf of radial load before the insert slips on the shaft. The grease fitting is 1/8-27 NPT.

This configuration

• Non-Expansion. This position holds the shaft axially. Use one non-expansion bearing per shaft to locate it lengthwise.
• Standard Triple Lip Contact Seal. Three lips in series for demanding contamination exclusion, at the cost of more running friction and heat.
• Single Collar. One locking collar secures the insert to the shaft. Standard for unidirectional rotation and steady loads.
• Set Screw Locking. Set screws in the collar bite into the shaft. Simple and widely used; best where rotation is in one direction.
• Nickel Plated. A nickel-plated exterior giving better corrosion resistance than paint while keeping a cast iron housing.

Replacement parts
