3-15/16 ME2000 4-BOLT FLANGE EXPANSION WITH LABYRINTH SEALS

The 3 15⁄16" ME2000 4-Bolt Flange Expansion Bearing with Labyrinth Seals is Moline Bearing Company part 29111315L: a mounted spherical roller bearing with Type E dimensions in the expansion position. It is fitted with a balanced steel and Teflon labyrinth seal and a single collar, set screw locking insert, in a solid Class 30 cast iron housing with a standard painted finish.

It carries a genuine SKF or Timken spherical roller insert in a solid cast iron housing with an integrated center support, so it gives spherical-roller misalignment and expansion capability in a Type E footprint. ME2000 housings are made in the USA, and the units are assembled here.

It ships assembled, adjusted, sealed and pre-lubricated with lithium complex grease, so it mounts straight from the box with no adjustment or cleaning.

The dynamic load rating is 69,900 lbf and the static load rating is 93,300 lbf. Maximum speed is 2,000 rpm with the balanced steel and Teflon labyrinth seal fitted, and the seal is rated for 0° to 350°F. The insert accepts up to 1.5° of angular misalignment. Set screws torque to 1,325 in-lbs, and the locking system holds 8,400 lbf of radial load before the insert slips on the shaft. The grease fitting is 1/8-27 NPT.
