110MM SPLIT E1000 CARTRIDGE
The 110 mm Split E1000 Cartridge Bearing is Moline Bearing Company part 19373110M: a tapered roller bearing cartridge. It is fitted with a standard V-Guard contact seal and a double collar, set screw locking insert.
It is the replaceable solid cartridge from Moline's Split E1000 units: a genuine Timken® Enhanced DEE tapered roller insert, case-hardened and made from vacuum-degassed steel, in its own cartridge, so a worn bearing is swapped without removing the split housing from the shaft. Split E1000 units are made, machined and assembled in the USA.
It ships assembled, adjusted, sealed and pre-lubricated with lithium complex grease, so it mounts straight from the box with no adjustment or cleaning.
Ratings
Maximum speed is 1,360 rpm with the standard V-Guard contact seal fitted, and the seal is rated for 0° to 250°F.

This configuration
- Standard V-Guard Contact Seal. Moline's standard contact seal, with a lip riding on the insert to exclude contamination.
- Double Collar. Two locking collars share the clamping load, improving holding power under reversing rotation or shock.
- Set Screw Locking. Set screws in the collar bite into the shaft. Simple and widely used; best where rotation is in one direction.

Applications
It fits Moline's Split E1000 split housings for a 110 mm shaft. The split housing is for shafts that cannot be dismantled to feed a solid bearing on, in the same high radial and thrust load service as Type E: conveying, screening, cranes, mining, forestry, oil, gas, power generation and aggregate. It is dimensionally interchangeable with comparable Type E units, including Moline's Type E, ME2000 and ME3000 lines.
