The HC 206-18 1 1⁄8" Normal Duty HC Ball Bearing Insert is Moline Bearing Company part 15500102: a single-row deep groove ball bearing with a spherical ground outside diameter, eccentric screw locking and a single collar. It is sold on its own as a replacement for a worn insert in a housing that is still serviceable, or assembled into a Moline housing as a complete unit.

The insert is a single-row deep groove ball bearing with a spherical ground outside diameter that seats in a matching spherical seat in the housing, so the unit self-aligns at mounting. The eccentric locking collar gives a larger shaft contact area than set screws and is hard to loosen in normal use. These units are manufactured overseas for Moline Bearing Company to the quality standard set by the bearing industry, at a lower price.
